Listing & verified claim
- Your venue on the map, in search and in its own chat room
- A “Verified owner” badge once we confirm your claim with the venue
- A club profile on your spot: up to 3 photos, what you’re about, your hours and your Instagram
- Table and VIP requests from PulseSpot users, which you confirm or decline (free during launch)
- Fix wrong details, or ask us to remove the listing
Featured
R1 500 for 30 days
R15 000 for 365 days
Founding offer: the first 20 venues pay half (R750 for 30 days, R7 500 for 365 days) on every purchase for 6 months from their first. 20 of 20 founding spots left.
- Shown first in the spot list near you (up to three Featured spots lead it), always with a “Featured” label so guests can trust what they see
- Your deal on your card and spot, like “10% off cocktails before 10 pm, show PulseSpot”
- Paid up front by card or EFT through Paystack. Nothing renews by itself; renewing early adds the new days after your current end date
Deposits for tables & VIP
- Guests pay a deposit after you accept their request, which cuts no-shows
- Paid straight to your bank by Paystack, a registered payment provider. PulseSpot’s fee is taken at the same moment and never holds your money
- Fair rules guests understand: a full refund up to 24 hours before, and you keep the deposit after that or for a no-show
How claiming works
- Open your venue on the PulseSpot map and tap “Own or manage this place? Claim it free”, or use the claim page.
- Give your name, work email, role and your venue’s public phone number or email.
- We contact the venue on those public details to confirm the claim. This protects your listing from people pretending to be you.
- Once approved, open My venues to fill in your club profile, get Featured if you want to be seen first, turn table requests on and set up deposits.
Claiming is free, and so is your club profile. Venues agree to the Venue Terms, which cover claims, club profiles, Featured, table requests, deposits and payouts.
